My favorite medicine: Breathwork! We might meet physical sensations, mental resistance, emotional reliefs or spiritual awakenings. It is different every time, and it does not always give you what you want - but most likely what you need. The technique is easy, no prior knowledge needed, no ego either. We breathe and see where it takes us.

The vinyasa during Wednesday lunch will offer sweat, movement, and laughter. Join in! The 3rd we will work through twists and binds. The 10th legs, hamstrings and hips.
Restorative and Reiki is a soft class where we rest in restorative or yin positions, while you will receive Reiki Energy Healing following the meridians of your body and energy.
