Reiki Level 1 - Shoden (Stockholm)
Shoden = "beginning teachings". Most welcome to this first level of teachings of Reiki, a hands-on energy healing therapy to be used for your self or others.
Shoden is a Japanese word meaning ‘first teachings’. And as the word implies, this course is an introduction to Reiki, a hands-on energy healing therapy with its roots in Japanese origin. In this course you will learn tools to create health within, and for some it might also open up to get in touch with your intuitive gifts
Reiki can be translated as Universal Energy, or Spiritual Life Force. An intelligent and balancing energy, that anyone can tune into, that can help our body to heal on all levels: the physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual
Reiki has a gentle and non-intrusive way to open up the energy pathways and is an ideal practice for anyone who is interested or curious about energy medicine to expand your knowledge as well as develop spiritually and feel better in all our bodies. Reiki is wonderful to use on ourselves, loved ones (incl kids), our pets or as a compliment if you are already involved in healing or therapeutic work of any kind.
This 2 day course is a combination of lectures, discussion and hands-on-practice. We will be a small group of 4-8 persons.

What You’ll Learn (Reiki Shoden):
The understanding and history of Reiki
Learn the basics of Reiki healing work
How to give Reiki healing to yourself and others
How to ground, clear and protect your energy
The Gokai, (five principles of Reiki) for developing a spiritual and mental connection
The hands-on practice of Reiki on self and others (there is an encouragement to practice intuitively, but hand placements and sequences are also shown)
Learning about the aura, our chakras and how we can work to balance our chakras
Receive Reiju, the attunement to the first Shiraishi (symbol) to deepen one’s energetic connection and enable you to channel Reiki energy) and jumon (mantra) in the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage
Okuden translates into ‘inner teachings’. And this is just about that. This is a journey towards a deeper understanding and connection to Reiki, and the energy you do not always see, and that even can travel through time and space. You will learn new techniques for developing a deeper trust with intuition and for some it may open a door to increased psychic abilities.You will also be introduced to further Japanese jumon (mantras) and shirushi (symbols).
Okuden continues to build on the knowledge and skill to help others professionally both in person but we will also explore working with Reiki long-distance. Distant healing is a very beautifil and fulfilling practice, and the energetic connection can be profound and deep even if you are not in the same room or even country. Hard to explain, but it is truly felt.
My intention is to continue to share the knowledge of energy, natural healing with all who feel the desire to learn - whether it is for your own personal development or to use in your profession. Or, create a new one ;)
This course is a two day training, since it is beneficial to have a pause to digest the information but also since the attunement you will receive are detoxifying, and a restful night will help your own energy and promote your own self-healing. The training is a combination of lecture, discussion, hands-on practice, and home review.

Shinpiden, the Japanese term for "Mystery Teachings," is the highest level within Reiki. This is a deeper, extended training that can be completed over time or (as I have chosen) an immersive retreat-style experience. During our time together, we will dive deeper into the Reiki teachings, strengthen your intuitive abilities, and explore additional techniques within Usui Reiki lineage.
To become a Reiki Master, you don’t have to work professionally as a Reiki practitioner, either before or after the training. You may choose to deepen your relationship with yourself and your own healing practice, which is a beautiful journey in itself. Regardless of your reason for embarking on this training, regularly using and practicing Reiki – on yourself, your animals, plants, or in the spaces around you – will bring profound benefits into your life.
My goal with this training is to provide you with the knowledge and confidence to teach and develop a sustainable professional practice if that’s your desire, and/or deepen your own spiritual practice and your relationship with Reiki within a supportive community setting.

No prior experience is required for level 1. The course suits both newcomers and experienced practitioners seeking deeper transformation.
For Okuden, you need to have done a Shoden training, but you don't need to have done it with me. However you should be able to show a diploma, and we can have a conversation in beforehand. -
