Quick breathing exercise for instant focus & boost of energy

In need for quick focus? Maybe you are up for a presentation, big exam, need to boost some quick energy on a Monday morning?

Let´s go! Quick breathing technique for a focused, energized and present feeling.

Start with sitting, standing, walking, driving - anywhere works, and then:

  • Inhale through nose - belly expands out.

  • Exhale through mouth, with power as belly goes in.

  • 20 times

  • Long inhale, long exhale.

If you’ve go the time spend a few moments here, feel into your body.

You can do this breathing excersise anywhere - if driving, don’t copy my closed eyes in the end 😘
