10 days Breathwork and meditation for an emotional reboot

This is an on-demand guidance to get you out of your head and into your body. We will work with our breath to reduce stress, control, and anxiety, find tools with scientific reasoning to deepen your inner work and shift our energy. Because when you change your energy - you change your life.

This digital, on-demand course includes 10 audios ´a 10-30 min. English and/or Swedish (45 Eur/495 Sek)

The episodes:

  • Swirling thoughts from our past, or future can shift our reality. In order to uplevel, something different might be needed. But first - let’s become aware of our breath and of the power of this moment

  • When our mind is overactive, our attention is in our head and connection with the rest of the body weakens. Let’s unwind and create a reset for body and mind, to then take you beyond and strengthen your intuition. (15 min)

  • It's in our nature to want to take back control when we feel we've lost it, with feelings such as anxiety, overwhelm or frustration as result. We will explore the uncontrollable, and learn to find peace in it.

  • Our breath unites all our internal systems, and today, through a slow flow Breathwork, we will strengthen the dialogue between the nervous systems, create calm, stable digestion and a calm pulse.

  • With curiosity we examine our intuitive breath and our relationship to it. Our breath can give us information even before our brain becomes aware, or before the emotions catches up. t We calm the heart, balance the endocrine and nervous system

  • An active style of Breathwork to effectively release stress, anxiety and energy blockages. This is a practice that bridges the conscious and subconscious and can work therapeutically on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

  • We connect with our inner wild nature. Perhaps even invite support that might help us with what we may not always see so clearly. Don´t break down - break through.

  • “Where intention goes, energy flows”. Today we will have our focus, and intention, on our two different brain hemispheres.

  • Let´s create new conditions for our body and mind. Quantum physics translated into a meditative form to alter our state of being. How you would like to move through the world?

  • In this finale meditation we will practice seeing things from a positive perspective, as well as continuing to increase our own energy through the power of our thoughts. Open our mind and strengthen the gratitude for who you are.

Science confirms spirituality

Research shows that meditative activities make the brain waves start to connect, that our two brain halves synchronize and signals to reduce the production of stress hormones are affected. Simply put- our days together can create shifts in our brain waves, going from stress, worry or overthinking to creativity, calm and healing.

  • No download is required, you will get a login and just go

  • For all who would like to land in their body. Maybe lose stress, anxiety, controlling thoughts or strengthen intuition, spiritual journey and shift your energy.

  • There is an intention behind these days so preferably yes. That said, if you find a favourite - do it again. If you are having a hard time with one - for sure do it again.

  • Preferably :) This is to see if you can set a routine, help you to hold you accountable for the inner work that is soooo benificial for you. But, if you miss out on a day- don’t beat yourself up. Just do it the next day.

  • English or Swedish - you get access to both

  • 3 months

  • Between 10-26 min. Day 6 is the longest one - but so worth it
