Breath work and meditation with kids to reduce stress

Have you ever felt stressed after picking up the kids, needing to fix dinner before activities, or maybe you are not done with work but now your home - managing it all. The possibility is that your kids feel the stress too, or that they themselves feel stressed from time to time to. So, why not try a super simple breathing exercise together with them - super simple and beneficial for the both of you to release stress, frustration and create relaxation instead.

❤️ Inhale and grow your belly big!
❤️ Exhale through mouth, use your hands and pretend you are filling up ballons to then set them off in the sky! What colors are they? How many? Can you make them lift higher?

See if you can do it 10 times, maybe adding different colors to your balloons, making them bigger, wider… just your creativity that will hold you back here😘

To use breath, creativity, play and mindfulness together with kids (and/or anyone really) is truly magic! You can do it whenever and in the car it is sooo much fun! If you are the driver - be sure only to use one hand or just increase your imagination... This is a super easy technique to relief some stress, frustration and create relaxation instead🎈
