
Breathwork for Clarity. Shift noisy thoughts to clear vision
Imagine standing in a lake with clear, see-through water and a sandy bottom. You take a big step forward, and the small grains of sand start to swirl around. Making the water foggy, unclear to see where your feet are.
Stand still. Just for a breath or two. And you will notice the grains of sand, to slowly settle into a new position. Making your vision all clear to see your feet again.
The chemical reaction within us when a sudden event and emotion hits us - lasts up to 90 seconds. What makes it feel as longer - if when we take it up to our beautiful brain, and we start to spin the mind.
We are all meant to be radiant! Let's breathe to clear up the fog, release potential fears or cut the chords of what might be holding us back from stepping out into the light. Let go or things that are no longer serving us, and open up for light, love and freedom. The results afterwards will be undeniable.
