Breathwork and Yoga Retreat in silence to Reset
I invite you to embark on a transformative journey of body, mind, and soul. Life is full of changes, sometimes welcomed, sometimes not. And from time to time it can be overwhelming to manage everything and we might even lose our footing. The intention behind Reset is to create a supportive space to go deeper and listen within for our authentic voice, embrace change, let go of performance, of demands and maybe even find or rediscover yourself.
This retreat is designed to help you embrace changes and shifts, whether they are external or internal, big or small. By giving yourself time to settle and look at things from a different perspective, you can see and hear more clearly, and find greater clarity and inner peace. Whether you're looking to navigate a major life transition, find a new direction, or simply reconnect with yourself, this retreat provides a safe and supportive space for you to do so. Join me on this journey to enhance the authentic you and find balance in your life.

Retreat ro Reset - the practice

We will work with our breath and both access and regulate our nervous systems: our parasympathetic (relax & restore) and our sympathetic (fight & flight) nervous systems. Through different techniques we will experience the physical, emotional, and mental benefits.
However the mix mentioned above - we will practice my favorite Breathwork of them all. A dynamic and active meditation, a truly powerful practice that can almost be described as a deep practice between You and You. Accessing our deeper layers, subconscious as well as conscious, to cleanse, heal, to ground, create clarity or to simply just feel the authentic you. It will help your mind to soften and allow the breath lead the way into our nervous system for a beautiful emotional and energetic release. Allowing you to land back home.
Transformational Breathwork / Circular Connected Breathing / Breathwork Healing /two part breath /three part breath (many names).

We will use different styles and we will adjust to challenge or modify after You. I love to create intentional and creative sessions with high vibes, energy and laugher. You can expect intuitive guiding, alignment and hands on assists for Your body. I usually build the sessions after the elements of the season, our organs, meridians or chakras and the nervous system. Breath is always very present, as is the purpose to feel you. To land You in You.
I do mix my teaching styles… I have studies Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, yin, Restorative, Nidra, Nervous System approached Yoga but to give a very brief overview:
Vinyasa will help you open up your body's flows and inner energies, and explore balance, creativity, and strength in combination with your breath and nervous system using different props available. More slow paced Hatha and Yin will lower stress, and allow us to go deep into the fashia. Restorative Yoga ,which is the softest of them all, might be paired with Reiki one of the sessions.
Whether you're new to yoga or an advanced yogi, I will adapt the level of yoga on a personal level to challenge you both physically and mentally

You will meet Reiki, a form of energy healing that can balance your energy, calm and rebuild your nervous system, and heal your body. It is a light touch healing modality and it is very much a felt experience - very hard to explain as it is to be felt.

Sometimes the world is noisy. Not only the external noise from media, traffic, people, social media, to-do lists but also the inner clutter or noise in mind. Our swirling thoughts, the ones stuck in the past, the ones worrying or wanting to control the future.
This is an undisturbed opportunity to turn inward and as the noise stills, you will begin noticing and hearing things differently. The nature, your breath, your heart. It may also come with resistance or bring up uncomfortable thoughts and feelings. But I assure you that you will be carefully held.

The retreat is partially in silence and you will be given tools for self-reflection, both individually and in group form, to help you explore your inner world. This part of the retreat can be challenging, but it can also be an opportunity to take home some meaningful practices.
The additional rituals of Tarot and Oracle cards can enhance or deepen the inner journeys for the ones who would like to.

There will be free time to spend in the beautiful surrounding nature. Take a walk, a dip in the lake, pool (may-sep)
The sunrise and the sunsets are beautiful and in april and september you will most likely be able to enjoy the crane dance in the next door fields.
