Breathwork for letting go, and letting in. You are worth it

Letting go is not always easy. It can be scary and terrifying as it implies leaving the known path - which is the brain's choice. The brain will always choose what is known, even if this is not what is the best for us. The pure act of thinking of letting go, might stir up confusion and emotions such as anger or frustration. Because, if you know how to let go or something that is no longer serving you-  of course you would already have done so!!

The tighter control or grip we have on things, the more we want to hold on - the stronger the feeling oss loss, or incompletion, even failure will be. The feeling of: “if I can not have this- everything is a waste. I need this!”.  Translate to: i “don't have it i don't have it.” .
The lack of something is the emotion in place. 

Once you give up your grasp - you give up your resistance.
The let go is about growth. And you grow where you plant, and ask yourself - what is trying to emerge?
Potential starts to unfold, and after a while you look back and you see: I have changed! 

If you don't know what to let go of? 

Well, sometimes just leaning into the breath, inviting the breath to take the lead, can come with great insights about what we are holding onto. Old or new, big or small - and also know that small things can have been grand in the eyes of a child. 

You do not have to let go of everything at the same time! Soften, or loosen the grip slowly. Bit by bit. It's a continuous practice to be in alignment.

We are receiving, are we listening, are we available. Manifesting, meditation, life visioning!

Attuning us to be in the right high frequencies and to feel the vibrations

To release and let go- it is not easy. But when we practice to clear out the negatives, stop holding on to things that are no longer serving us, we can open up to receive and let in what you need. Which in itself is a practice. To let in people, emotions, support or advice. To let in light and love - even in the lowest moments.
