Breathwork for Courage.
What does your heart whisper?
Coeur is French for heart. Rage is actually another word for passion. Put together: coeurage. You could say it takes the rage and passion of the heart, to live a life of authenticity. To live and love - that takes courage.
When we hold back healthy rage, when we hold it within, we slowly turn it towards ourselves and it shifts for guilt and shame. Of which shame is on the lowest of frequencies on the emotional vibrational frequency scale.
Shifting passion for rage: a heart that rages is a heart deeply feeling. A heart open to all the joy and pain of living is a raging heart.
Real courage, for me, is to feel. To not turn away from either love nor pain. Courage to face oneself, without judging, and go beyond self-pitying, victimization mode and feel, acknowledge and then release to be able to be present. Here and now. In order to get forward.
You see, nothing happens until you get the courage to make the decision. Any decision. When you get still, listen to your inner voice that can provide us with clarity. Or lean back into the voice of hesitation - an intriguing but maybe beneficial task. What does your inner desire whisper? What does your heart roar? In the silence you can hear. So loud when you listen. Can you have the courage to surrender to the unknown? To trust, to love.
Let’s breathe into our coeur, aka heart, and see what waits to unfold.
